Joe White

Dr. Joe White is the President and founder of Men at the Cross as well as the President and owner of Kanakuk Kamps and the founder of Kids Across America and the missions oriented foundation, Cross International. Joe has also authored 15 books designed to reach teens and families including Faith Training, FUEL and What Kids Wish Parents Knew about Parenting and the Gold Medallion Award winning book, Pure Excitement.

Joe has spoken before many professional football and professional baseball teams, as well as countless churches, college crusades, and youth events. He has a vision to reach men through discipleship for the glory of God.

Rick Rigsby

Dr. Rick Rigsby is founder of Rick Rigsby Ministries and president of Rick Rigsby Communications in Dallas, Texas. Rick preaches worldwide and speaks to corporations, schools and professional sports organizations including the NFL and the PGA.

A career in television news and graduate school preceded two decades as a college professor—the last 14 years at Texas A&M—where Rick also served as character coach and chaplain for the Aggies football team. In addition to academic publications, Rick is the author of Lessons From a Third Grade Dropout—the story of timeless common-sense wisdom learned from his father.

Nick Floyd

Dr. Nick Floyd is the Associate Pastor, Preaching Assistant at First Baptist Church of Springdale and The Church at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, both in Arkansas. Nick formerly served at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas from 2005 to 2009. Under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Dr. Ronnie W. Floyd, Nick assists in preaching at both campuses.

Nick received his Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies from Liberty University and his Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He recently obtained his Doctor of Ministry degree from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.

Nick and his wife Meredith reside in Rogers and have a daughter Reese, 2, and a newborn son, Beckham.

Josh Stanbery: Worship Leader

Josh Stanbery has been the Associate Pastor of Worship Ministries at The Church at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, Arkansas for the past 7 years. He and his wife, Angela, have been married eleven years and have 4 children: Caleb, Micah, Jessie and Selah.

Josh and Angela are extremely gifted musicians. Both traveled with Liberty University’s premier singing group, “The Sounds of Liberty,” while in college. They love ministry and love people.
